Overview

Services is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. This role sits within the Business & Markets Insights (B&MI) services organization. The B&MI vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Consulting & Digital Labs.
Within B&MI, Deploy is one of the fastest-growing consulting capabilities, designed to accelerate implementation, execution, and adoption of Mastercard strategies and platforms. Deploy bridges strategy and delivery by providing end-to-end program management and execution subject matter experts to clients, technical scoping, technical implementation capabilities, as well as cutting-edge platform solutions across multiple verticals. Our mission is to ensure clients maximize value realization from the insights, strategies and platform solutions we recommend and support implement.

The Global Product Director will lead the strategic vision, deploy solution development, commercialization, and go to market activities to accelerate uptake of Deploy Services globally with a primary focus on Consumer Payments and Franchise, Risk, Operations & Compliance.

Role
• Act as a product owner, defining and driving Deploy’s global product strategy for his/her assigned verticals and capabilities aligned with Mastercard and Consulting priorities.
• Drive global Deploy global revenue, ensure consistent growth, and champion Deploy offerings in priority markets.
• Identify regional client pain points and value pools; and bring global product solutions and initiatives to the region. This includes, advocating new solutions and leveraging/sharing best practices across regions.
• Define solution concepts, scope, use cases, and pricing in close collaboration with solution architects.
• Define and validate feasibility and market fit with regional product and delivery teams ensuring clarity and alignment on solution implementation steps, dependencies, and resourcing assumptions for scalable execution.
• Champion AI-First development, embedding AI-driven approaches across product design, delivery, and innovation.
• Leverage global GTM frameworks, standardized offer packages, pricing models and scalable contracting frameworks to accelerate commercialization of Deploy solutions.
• Develop sales enablement materials, playbooks, training and partner with regional teams for pipeline generation and early wins.
• Partner with Deploy’s Strategic Partnerships team to identify and evaluate third party solutions and manage the integration of external capabilities and platforms into Deploy solutions.
• Develop thought leadership, publish Deploy IP, and represent Deploy internally and in external forums.

All About You
• Proven experience in product, business development or client services.
• Deep understanding of Consumer Payments and Franchise, Risk, Operations & Compliance.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills (with fluency in English).
• Creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial attitude and a results-driven mindset with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions.
• Adaptable to new innovations and evolution of payment ecosystems and digital platforms in the context of emerging technologies and AI.
• Comfortable working closely with business and technical teams to shape feasible and scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives across geographically diverse teams and cultures.
