  • Collaborate closely with internal IT and business teams to design, develop, and implement data architectures, cloud-based platforms, analytics solutions, and reporting tools that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Lead and oversee cross-functional projects and programs from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment across customer-facing, technical, and operational stakeholders.

  • Bring external insights, digital trends, and innovative practices into the organization to shape solutions that are forward-looking and differentiated.

  • Develop and execute strategies that deliver both short-term business impact and long-term digital transformation, balancing operational excellence with future-focused capability building.

  • Champion project and change management disciplines, ensuring adoption and scalability of digital capabilities across the customer, division, and enterprise.

  • Influence and align stakeholders across geographies, business units, and external partners to set priorities, remove roadblocks, and accelerate execution.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance processes, systems, and tools to improve performance, scalability, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital capabilities, data strategy, or technology implementation in a customer-facing or large-scale business operations context.

  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level projects or programs with direct customer interaction, ideally across multiple geographies.

  • Strong project and change management skills, with a track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives.

  • Expertise in cloud-based tools, data architecture, reporting, and visualization, with experience integrating solutions across IT and business environments, as well as emerging technologies.

  • Ability to translate external market trends and emerging technologies into innovative and practical solutions for customers and the business.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, build consensus, and align diverse groups across North America and International teams.

  • Agile methodology experience and comfort with large, complex data sets.

  • Specialized expertise in digital/data with strong business acumen and an enterprise-first mindset

  • Hybrid Work Environment: Onsite 3 days per week
