Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to drive accountability and progress.
Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risk and maximize adoption.
Partner with stakeholders across time zones and functions to ensure seamless integration and a positive culture for change.
Coach and support teams to build capabilities, foster engagement, and sustain momentum throughout the transformation journey.
Draft and deliver Executive-ready updates and communications on initiative progress.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading large-scale transformation or change management programs in complex environments.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering solutions to complex challenges.
Proficiency in program management methodologies and change management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP, etc.).
Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with working across global teams and navigating cultural dynamics.
This position will be located in New York Headquarters and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $134,000 - $248,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
