The Vision

As the Director of Corporate Sponsorships, you will lead the strategic identification, negotiation, and activation of a multi-million dollar global partnership portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Brand, your mission is to ensure every partnership amplifies our brand equity, furthers our brand narrative, and delivers a measurable return on objective (ROO).

Executive Responsibilities

  • Main Contact: Serve as the key day to day contact for our major sponsorships in F1, Futbol and others.
  • High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end negotiation of marquee contracts, partnering with Legal and Finance to mitigate risk and maximize value.
  • Brand Integration: Ensure the brand’s visual identity and core messaging are seamlessly integrated into all partner touchpoints (broadcast, digital, on-site).
  • Global Activation: Oversee the execution of complex activations across diverse markets, ensuring a consistent brand experience worldwide.
  • Performance Analytics: Collaborate with measurement group on rigorous measurement framework. Move beyond "impressions" to track brand sentiment, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and long-term equity lift.
  • Agency Management: Lead a roster of specialized global agencies (creative, activation, and data) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Governance:  Manage governance of sponsorships utilization across the globe.
  • Hospitality Partnership:  Work closely with events team to ensure hospitality at events is helping fuel sales funnel.

Candidate Profile

  • The Global Operator: You have experience managing partnerships that span multiple continents and cultures.
  • The Financial Architect: You are as comfortable with a P&L statement as you are with a creative brief.
  • The Diplomat: You can navigate the internal politics of a Fortune 100 organization, gaining buy-in from C-suite stakeholders and regional leads alike.
  • The Expert: You have deep history in working with major sports and entertainment brands


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in Brand Management, Sports Marketing, or Strategic Partnerships within a global enterprise or top-tier agency.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiation: Extensive experience in complex contract law and intellectual property rights.
  • Network: An elite network of contacts across major leagues (FIFA, F1) and global non-profits.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 30-40% for major activations and negotiations.

Success Metrics

Brand Lift: Measurable increase in brand favorability and "intent to purchase" among partnership audiences. Cross-Channel Synergy: Successful integration of sponsorships into broader marketing efforts (ABM, Social, Earned Media, and Paid Media).
