About the role:
As Director, Compliance Officer (reporting directly to the General Counsel), you will be responsible for scaling, improving and maintaining the company’s compliance program, with a focus on legal and contractual requirements from our partnered Medicaid managed care organizations. You will be the primary face of compliance internally and externally, interacting frequently with our leadership and our clients. You will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies, processes and trainings to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance across our highly regulated organization. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a culture of trust and integrity, positioning compliance as a driver of operational excellence and business success.
