About the Role:
Responsible for shaping, governing, and advancing franchise strategy and commercial execution for the NeuroPsych franchise. Serves as a trusted advisor and extension of the GM & SVP, with accountability for translating enterprise strategy into integrated franchise and field execution models that drive sustained commercial performance. Operating with broad autonomy and franchise influence, this role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Operations, Finance, HR, and other functions. Owns franchise governance, operating cadence, and decision enablement, proactively identifying risks and opportunities impacting current and future brands. May have direct reports and/or lead large matrixed teams and plays a critical role in leadership capability building, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise alignment.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
- Franchise Strategy & Enterprise Leadership
- Partner with GM & SVP to define, refine, and advance franchise strategy aligned to enterprise objectives
- Provide strategic leadership on portfolio, lifecycle, and future growth initiatives
- Identify and address enterprise-level risks and opportunities impacting franchise performance
- Governance & Operating Model Ownership
- Own franchise governance structures, operating cadence, and decision forums
- Design, evolve, and optimize franchise operating models to improve execution speed and clarity
- Lead resolution of complex, high-impact cross-functional issues
- Commercial & Field Enablement
- Own field enablement strategy and execution model in partnership with Sales leadership
- Oversee national sales meetings and major field engagement moments
- Ensure effective translation of strategy into field priorities and execution
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives requiring alignment across Commercial, Medical, Access, Finance, HR, and Operations
- Influence senior leaders without formal authority to drive alignment and results
- Represent franchise leadership in enterprise forums and governance bodies
- People Leadership & Talent Enablement
- May directly manage team members and/or lead large matrixed teams
- Coach, mentor, and develop talent across the franchise
- Partner with HR on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development

- Deliver executive-level communications, insights, and recommendations
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable narratives
- Support senior leadership decision-making through data-driven analysis and judgment

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree AND 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, sales leadership, consulting, or related leadership roles OR
- MBA or advanced degree AND 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, sales leadership, consulting, or related leadership roles
- Deep expertise in franchise strategy development, portfolio management, and lifecycle planning
- Strong understanding of enterprise governance structures, operating models, and decision-making frameworks
- Ability to assess enterprise-level risks, trade-offs, and long-term growth opportunities
- Strong business acumen, including financial literacy and performance management principles
- Experience designing and optimizing organizational structures and operating models
- Proven track record establishing governance structures, decision rights, and executive forums
- Ability to enhance execution cadence, accountability, and cross-functional alignment
- Skilled at resolving complex, ambiguous, and high-impact business challenges
- Deep knowledge of commercial strategy, sales operations, field enablement, and go-to-market planning
- Ability to translate enterprise strategy into clear field priorities, actionable plans, and communication strategies
- Familiarity with performance metrics, incentives, and execution tracking mechanisms
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, matrixed, cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority
- Strong understanding of cross-functional enterprise dynamics across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, HR, and Operations
- Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide initiatives with senior executive exposure, exercising sound judgment and strong ownership in high-impact decisions

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $155,500.00-$296,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 35% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
