Role Summary
The Director of Commercial Product Management defines and drives global commercial strategy and portfolio performance for the Single Use Technologies (SUD) division. This role aligns closely with commercial teams and our 3 business units – Bioproduction & Equipment Automation, Flexible Solutions, and Rigid Containment – to accelerate demand, growth, and market adoption. This role reports into the division president and operates in a highly matrixed global environment, serving as a critical connector between product management, commercial execution, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global commercial product strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives
  • Partner with commercial leadership, business units and marketing to align on demand drivers, growth priorities, and execution
  • Drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration initiatives in partnership with marketing,  global and regional commercial teams
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring solutions meet evolving bioprocessing needs across end markets
  • Translate market insights and customer needs into actionable strategies, influencing product roadmap decisions
  • Provide strategic input into core business processes (MBRs, QBRs, STRAP) and support bookings planning and forecasting in alignment with BUs and commercial.
  • Establish and monitor portfolio performance using data and analytics (e.g., pipeline, bookings, pricing) to drive business decisions
  • Support pricing strategy and commercial policy development in partnership with Finance
  • Directs business unit commercial managers and provide matrix leadership of technical sales specialists to ensure full lifecycle support of SUD product portfolio

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, marketing, or sales within life sciences or bioprocessing
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS or PhD) preferred
  • Experience in single-use technologies or bioprocessing preferred
  • Demonstrated experience driving go-to-market and demand generation strategies
  • Strong business acumen, including pricing and revenue planning, with ability to influence across global, matrixed organizations
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $160,100.00–$240,125.00.
