Job Description Summary
This role will lead strategic initiatives across product development and delivery within the current Command Center Software Platform (CCSP). This role blends advanced analytics, AI tools, product strategy, and operational execution to drive measurable impact across healthcare systems. As a senior leader within the Delivery organization, the Director will serve as a key liaison between Product and Delivery teams, ensuring that innovation is grounded in operational realities and informed by data. The ideal candidate brings expertise in hospital operations, AI or consumer-facing conversational products, and LLM-based product development, along with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
This is a remote position open across the continental US. The role will require weekly travel to customer sites Monday-Thursday.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Delivery
- Lead and manage Command Center engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and strategic priorities. Guide the design and execution of CCSP, simulation, and forecasting tools.
- Interface with customers to understand problem statements and configure CCSP with a problem backed approach.
- Translate requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Partner closely with Engineering team to ensure product is built to specifications and ready for customer use.
- Facilitate alignment across engineering, product, and delivery functions to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
- Product Ownership
- Develop Command Center product strategy and success metrics for ambiguous problem spaces within healthcare operations. Use customer feedback to drive product development.
- Lead innovation within current Command Center Software Platform (CCSP) – e.g. creating user friendly analytics, prototyping and piloting new LLM use cases
- Spreadhead beta testing and revision of requirements for next generation product
- Create structure, clarity and drive delivery of the Command Center product roadmap
- Own and drive the program delivery for new product solutions and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Define success metrics, pilot evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops to inform product readiness and scalability.
- Lead the development of analytics frameworks to evaluate program performance, user engagement, and operational impact.
- Develop strategy on migrating to new platforms
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Communicate program outcomes, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership with clarity and impact.
- Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Invest in skill development of junior analytic team members.
- Champion best practices in product development, agile delivery, and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with prior ownership of a complex, high-impact product area
- Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives across product, engineering, design, and operations
- Fluency with technical systems and ability to work closely with engineering and delivery partners
- Strong user research and data analysis skills; able to generate insights from both
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Health Sciences or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to travel globally up to 75%.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $154,400.00-$231,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
