We’re expanding our leadership presence across Latin America, and we’re looking for a visionary Director, Cloud Sales – LATAM to lead our regional go-to-market strategy from our Doral, FL office. This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping cloud adoption, accelerating partner growth, and driving revenue across one of Ingram Micro Cloud’s fastest-growing markets.
Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team spanning sales, technical specialists, and vendor management to drive cloud growth across LATAM.
Build and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned to LATAM’s unique cloud maturity, partner ecosystems, and business dynamics.
Partner closely with value-added resellers, managed service providers, system integrators, ISVs, telecom providers, and emerging cloud partners across the region.
Own sales execution, forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue performance for LATAM cloud solutions.
Influence investments, resources, and enablement efforts to support rapid cloud adoption and partner success.
Serve as a strategic leader on the LATAM Advanced Solutions senior leadership team, ensuring alignment with regional goals and overall cloud strategy.
Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability—developing leaders and empowering teams to exceed targets.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (able to speak, read, and write both languages fluently).
A general management mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit—able to think big while delivering measurable results.
Demonstrated success building and executing strategic growth plans within cloud, SaaS, IaaS, managed services, or IT services sectors.
Experience securing investment and organizational alignment to drive large-scale business outcomes.
Leadership experience developing and inspiring innovative, high-performing, and agile sales organizations.
Expertise in LATAM channel ecosystems, including VARs, MSPs, hosters, telecoms, system integrators, ISVs, and cloud-native partners.
Strong understanding of services-based business models (managed services, cloud services, IT professional services).
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of progressive experience in cloud sales, alliances, business development, or channel leadership.
8+ years leading first- and second-level managers with P&L responsibility.
Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, service delivery, customer support, and vendor relations.
Extensive experience developing and managing customer and vendor relationships across culturally diverse markets—preferably within LATAM.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a track record of turning insights into actionable plans.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills (Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus).
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
