The Director of Channel Strategy and Analytics Engineering will lead the design, execution, and optimization of our go-to-market channel strategy while building the data infrastructure that enables smarter, faster decisions across the marketing and sales organization. This leader will identify the most impactful growth opportunities, establish clear performance measurement frameworks, and develop scalable analytics systems that give executives and teams real-time visibility into ROI and channel performance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, deep technical understanding, and strong business partnership skills to ensure resources are directed toward the highest-value initiatives and that our channel investments deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of a global channel strategy, including performance analysis, channel prioritization, and investment recommendations to maximize marketing and sales ROI.
Oversee the design and implementation of analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines, integrations, and business intelligence tools that provide consistent, reliable insights into marketing performance.
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders to align analytics outputs with strategic business goals, ensuring data-driven decisions that accelerate growth.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that inform executive decision-making and influence strategy.
Establish and maintain channel performance dashboards and reports that provide clarity and focus on key metrics, enabling teams to act quickly and effectively.

Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, proactively identifying business challenges, opportunity areas, and actions to improve channel efficiency and pipeline growth.

Partner with data, marketing operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment on data definitions, measurement frameworks, and processes for evaluating marketing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
9–12 years of experience in a marketing analytics, channel strategy, or data engineering leadership role, ideally within a large-scale B2B technology organization.
Proven ability to develop and execute channel strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Hands-on experience building scalable analytics and data infrastructure, including familiarity with modern data stacks, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and data pipeline technologies.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to financial and growth outcomes.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences.
Demonstrated success as a cross-functional leader and trusted business partner.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading marketing analytics or channel operations teams within a global enterprise or high-growth business.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Warehouse) and modern ETL tools.
MBA or advanced degree in business analytics, engineering, data science, or a related field.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $187,000.00-$281,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
