The primary goal of the Director, CCT / Regional Hubs is to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the North America Governance model within assigned routinesThe role must work cross-functionally with other groups including US Coca-Cola Bottlers, NAOU Retail Sales Leads, Franchise Leads, RGM and Finance teams to ensure execution of our Governance policies and procedures

This role serves as a coordination point for communication with all constituents concerning the topic of system alignment including governance This role is critical to ensure clear communication, internal and external alignment, stakeholder management, and flawless execution.

What You’ll Do For Us

Role will be responsible for working cross functionally across the System Alignment and Governance team to focus on the following areas: 

  • Customer Governance – involvement in selected CCT calls to provide governance oversight and ensure system compliance 

  • Region Hubs (RCLB) – coordinate and execute select Region Hub meetings (virtual/in person) to provide overall system alignment and customer governance 

Successful candidates in this role require prior customer and/or bottler knowledge, overall NA system experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, must be solution oriented, and  project management expertise. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Governance Subject Matter Expert for Selected Customer Governance Routines (CCT/RCLB) 

  • Ensure that Customer Governance processes are followed 

  • Work with all Customer Governance participants to train personnel on how to administer Customer Governance 

  • Ensure timely documentation of Customer Governance voting results to appropriate parties 

  • Involvement in situations where Customer Governance rules were not appropriately executed and course correct related issues 

  • Establish and maintain materials related to CGPA 

  • Transform and simplify critical system alignment process and routines to support customer governance requirements and needs

  • Passionate advocate within the system for Bottling Partners, NAOU, and network 

  • Stakeholder management in a collaborative, constructive manner  

  • Responsible for meeting hygiene pre, during, and post routines 

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management  

  • Demonstrate passion for selling, negotiating, relationship building in an entrepreneurial environment. 

  • Understanding of commercial, customer, and operations for North America System including channel, brand, supply chain, and financial plans to utilize this knowledge to drive sales.  

  • 5 or more years in CPG organization responsible for direct sales, key account or franchise management  

  • Appreciation and understanding of the Coca-Cola system including Bottling Partners, Governance/Contracts, and Customers and being well-respected and networked  

  • Proven project management and stakeholder management capability  

  • Ability to work with all levels within an organization up to Senior Leadership

Pay Range:

$145,000 - $169,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
