Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a Director, Customer Agreement Team (CAT) Strategic & Digital Initiatives to join our Finance function. This newly created role plays a critical part in driving the digital evolution of Coca‑Cola’s Customer Agreement Team—an organization responsible for supporting strategic customer negotiations, optimizing deal modeling, enabling data‑driven decisions, and strengthening our long‑term competitiveness across the North America Operating Unit.
In this role, you will lead the digital strategy that powers the systems, platforms, and tools used by the Customer Agreement Team. You will collaborate closely with digital technology teams, platform owners, and finance and commercial partners to redesign, modernize, and futureproof the systems that enable deal modeling, analytics, scenario planning, and customer value creation. You will also guide the integration of agentic artificial intelligence into platforms and workflows to unlock efficiency, improve insights, and expand the team’s capacity.
This position is ideal for a candidate who brings deep financial acumen, strong digital fluency, experience with large‑scale transformation initiatives, and a passion for shaping enterprise capabilities. If you thrive in dynamic, matrixed environments—and want to influence the evolution of tools and strategies that support customer growth across the Foodservice and On‑Premise business—this role offers meaningful impact, leadership visibility, and an opportunity to contribute to Coca‑Cola’s future.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Lead the digital strategy for all systems and tools used by the Customer Agreement Team, ensuring platforms are optimized for accuracy, speed, scalability, and increased decision quality.
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to our digital technology teams, platform owners, and product model team to co‑create long‑term roadmaps, platform enhancements, and agentic artificial intelligence integration.
- Oversee system governance, including user requirements, testing, training, and performance monitoring to ensure high adoption and strong system capability across the team.
- Guide enhancements to key platforms used for pricing, deal modeling, forecasting, and customer negotiation support, ensuring they reflect evolving business needs across Foodservice and On‑Premise.
- Champion the use of digital workflows, automation, and predictive analytics to streamline financial analysis and create more capacity within the Customer Agreement Team.
- Use data‑driven insights and digital visualization tools to enhance long‑range planning, commercial strategy, and customer agreement execution.
- Provide deal financial analysis on an ad‑hoc basis to support renewal of existing agreements, evaluation of new business opportunities, and expansion into new categories.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Commercial, Technology, and Strategy teams to ensure business needs are reflected in digital enhancements and system capabilities.
- Identify gaps in current digital tools and lead modernization initiatives that enhance data quality, modeling precision, and operational efficiency.
- Translate complex financial and system insights into actionable guidance that supports decision‑making by senior leaders across the operating unit.
- Drive continuous improvement through training, capability building, and adoption of advanced analytics and AI‑enabled tools across the Customer Agreement Team.
- Lead special projects that support the transformation of how the organization models customer economics, evaluates value creation, and manages long‑term customer agreements.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and collaboration by encouraging experimentation with emerging technologies and advancing digital maturity across the team

- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and model complex commercial scenarios, assess customer profitability, and translate insights into recommendations.
- Demonstrated strength in project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.
