About this role:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the management of open requisitions across the organization and ensuring we are maximizing recruiter capacity to meet hiring goals efficiently and effectively.
This person will also design and implement principles of recruiter fungibility—identifying where and how recruiting resources can be flexibly deployed across business units to balance workloads and optimize performance.
What you’ll do:
Requisition Oversight:
Monitor and manage the global requisition landscape across all business units.
Partner with TA leadership to ensure alignment between hiring priorities and recruiter bandwidth.
Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for load balancing
Recruiter Capacity Optimization:
Develop and maintain frameworks to assess recruiter workload and productivity.
Recommend and implement strategies to improve recruiter efficiency and throughput.
Provide regular reporting and insights into TA and business leadership.
Fungibility Design & Deployment:
Create and operationalize principles for recruiter fungibility across teams and functions.
Map recruiter skill sets, experience, and business familiarity to identify cross-functional deployment opportunities.
Lead initiatives to shift capacity dynamically based on hiring surges or slowdowns.
Collaboration & Influence:
Partner closely with TA Operations and TA Leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, People Analytics and other Business Leaders.
Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the TA function.
What you’ll need:
12+ years of experience in capacity planning, resource management or operational leadership.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and workforce analytics tools is a plus.
