NVIDIA is seeking a Director of Business Operations committed to customer service and operational performance. We are seeking a leader with deep expertise in data center service & logistics who can work cross-functionally to ensure operational performance for our customers. While day-to-day execution is led by teams such as Service Logistics, Demand Planning, Product Quality, and Customer Program Management, this role synthesizes inputs, identifies gaps and risks, and drives alignment to prevent customer-impacting issues. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the end-to-end view of customer operational performance, incorporating inputs across RMA, service logistics, sparing, product quality, and customer experience

  • Ensure customer deployments and repairs are tracked, serviced, and accomplished with operational

  • Partner with cross functional teams to identify and drive operational optimization opportunities

  • Anticipate customer impacts by integrating leading indicators across reliability, sparing, logistics, and early quality signals

  • Synthesize operational data into clear, actionable insights with a deep understanding of customer-specific risks and dependencies

  • Collaborate closely with customers to grasp service readiness requirements, including sparing strategies and operational expectations

  • Deliver concise, data-driven updates to senior executives on operational health

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • More than 15 overall years of senior-level experience working at the crossroads of service logistics, RMA, product quality, and customer operations within data center settings

  • Minimum of 8 years of management experience

  • Direct experience in hyperscale RMA service & logistics, encompassing logistics optimization, sparing approaches, service-level requirements, and uptime expectations

  • Strong analytical capability to connect disparate data sets and identify systemic risks

  • Proven track record to influence without authority

  • Experience defining and using key performance indicators for executive decision-making

  • Hands-on approach and ability to communicate clearly and confidently at the executive level

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:

  • Advanced engineering or business degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Self-starter with a strong learning orientation

  • Outstanding executive communication skills, including skill in translating complex concepts into clear business narratives

  • Demonstrated success influencing business practices across organizations

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
