What you'll be doing
As the Director, Business Management & Deposit Pricing, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing key business management, deposit pricing and strategic initiatives for Transaction Banking. In this role, you will oversee financial coordination, data strategy, and dashboard/report design, while also developing and managing the deposit pricing strategy for the Transaction banking deposit portfolio. As the Director, you will provide actionable product and client insights to leadership, ensuring that strategic decisions are informed by robust analysis and market intelligence. You will also facilitate collaboration with finance, sales, relationship management, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of pricing strategies.

How you'll succeed
Strategic Planning & Business Management - Lead, plan, coordinate, and implement key strategic, deposit pricing, and business management initiatives to support Transaction Banking goals and objectives. Drive continuous improvement in business management processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and enhanced reporting. Develop and maintain key business performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Support the annual planning and forecasting process for Global Transaction Banking, ensuring alignment between business strategy, financial targets, and operational execution.
Data Analytics & Insights - Oversee the coordination of financials and data analytics with relevant groups to design and deliver dashboards and reports tailored to Global Transaction Banking’s needs. Provide product and client insights to leadership, leveraging analytics to guide strategic decision-making and business development.
Deposit Pricing Strategy - Design, build, and manage the deposit pricing strategy for the Global Transaction Banking portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust pricing strategies and maintain competitive positioning. Liaise with finance, sales, relationship management, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of pricing strategies.
Collaboration & Culture - Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team and across partner groups, including Commercial Banking and Transaction Banking teams.
