Aditum is distinctive in that the team not only identifies and licenses the drug candidate but also defines, prepares for, and runs the first definitive clinical trials.
Position Summary
The Director, Business Development will support the end-to-end execution of transactions for both Aditum Bio’s existing portfolio companies and new in-licensing opportunities. The Director will be responsible for conducting general BD activities, as well as negotiating and executing a variety of deals spanning external financings (e.g., Series B), license agreements and M&A. This person will play a critical role in shaping and advancing the firm’s growth trajectory.

Qualifications
he range for this full-time position is $225,000 - $255,000, plus a target bonus, equity compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on our postings reflects the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by interview performance, job-related skills, experience and relevant education and training. Please note the range reflects base salary and does not include target bonus, equity or benefits.
