As a Director Business Data Governance Capabilities, Processes & Technology, within Data Analytics & Reporting function, you will become a critical change agent to drive our data foundations and enable our data transformation journey.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional data governance initiatives, encompassing capabilities, processes, and enabling technologies across multiple domains. You will partner with the business, technology, and data domain stakeholders to develop and implement scalable data governance frameworks, operational models, and technology solutions that unify data management practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data governance strategy and framework that applies governance principles across all organizational data domains.

• Enable, define, and monitor cross-domain data governance standards, practices, KPIs, Metrics and taxonomy, while domain leads retain accountability for data quality within their areas.

• Partner with all domain directors to ensure standards are consistently applied and adhered.

• Develop and maintain enterprise data quality rules and validation processes and/or frameworks. Track and report on cross-domain data quality trends and remediation progress.

• Coordinate execution of governance initiatives across all domains. Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources for governance projects.

• Collaborate with DTS teams to evaluate and implement data governance technologies and platforms. Continuously assess new data governance tools and technologies to meet evolving business needs.

• Connect data governance efforts with data strategy workstreams across the Enterprise.

• Promote user training programs and tools to equip stakeholders with the knowledge and skills to adhere to governance standards effectively.

• Act as the thought leader for data governance by building enterprise awareness of the program's importance and promoting a strong data culture.

Qualification & Requirements

• University Degree (Master or MBA ideally) or equivalent experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in data governance, data management or similar roles.

• Proven track record of driving data-centric initiatives and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Solid business understanding of The Coca-Cola System and our partners.

• Communication skills and ability to bridge technical language with business needs.

• Demonstrated executive engagement and presentation skills.

Pay Range:

$148,000 - $169,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
