You'll report directly to the Chief Digital Officer and play an essential role in driving operational clarity, process excellence, and meaningful business outcomes across the DTO's priorities. These include enterprise-scale transformations, platform migrations, and cutting-edge AI-driven initiatives.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Practice Development

  • Build, manage, and mentor a supportive and high-performing BA team - setting clear expectations, fostering growth, and helping team members thrive in their careers.

  • Define and champion BA standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices across the DTO.

  • Establish process flows, swim lanes, and RACI frameworks that promote clarity and collaboration across cross-functional initiatives.

  • Partner with the PMO, architecture, and data operations teams to ensure BA deliverables integrate seamlessly into project delivery.

  • Guide the BA team's capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure sustainable workloads and effective execution across the DTO portfolio.

Hands-On Delivery

  • Take a hands-on approach to high-impact workstreams - leading by example and contributing directly to business analysis for the most complex initiatives.

  • Facilitate collaborative requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and process mapping exercises at both executive and operational levels.

  • Use process modeling tools to capture and communicate as-is and to-be process flows with clarity and precision.

  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable deliverables, including documented requirements, user stories, and process designs.

  • Maintain and own business process documentation, such as as-is/to-be flows, gap analyses, business requirement documents, and decision frameworks.

  • Partner closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are well-aligned with business needs and grounded in reality.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to DTO leadership and stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.

  • Bridge the gap between business and technical teams translating strategic goals into actionable, well-scoped work.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the organization becoming a go-to partner for solving challenges.

  • Actively participate in initiative scoping, prioritization, and roadmap discussions as a leader who contributes both expertise and perspective.

AI Innovation

  • Champion the adoption of AI tools within the BA practice by identifying and implementing use cases that enhance analysis quality and efficiency.

  • Stay current with emerging AI developments and explore how they can evolve the BA function and its capabilities.

  • Operational Excellence

  • Continuously evaluate and improve the BA team's tools, processes, and ways of working to ensure they remain efficient and effective.

  • Track and communicate team health, throughput, and quality metrics to DTO leadership.

  • Play a key role in shaping the DTO's broader transformation agenda - going beyond documentation to drive meaningful outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Extensive expertise in business analysis, including proven leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven success in leading BA work for large-scale technology transformations—such as ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise platform programs.

  • Strong expertise in process design, requirements documentation, and facilitating alignment across diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth tech environments is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud) is helpful given DTO's current portfolio.

Skills & Competencies

  • You are adaptable and versatile - comfortable zooming in and zooming out to tackle both strategic conversations and detailed process flows.

  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills; you make complex ideas clear and actionable without oversimplifying.

  • Strong instincts for documentation - you know what "great" looks like and can produce it yourself.

  • Naturally collaborative; you excel at building bridges across teams and feel comfortable navigating ambiguity.

  • A data-informed mindset - you back up your recommendations with evidence and help your team do the same.

  • You value quality and take a practical approach to getting things done.

  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and process modeling tools (e.g., Miro, Visio) - while being open to learning new ones.

Leadership Style

  • People-first: You genuinely care about your team’s success and invest in their growth, creating an environment where they thrive.

  • Clear and direct: You give constructive feedback, make thoughtful decisions, and consistently follow through.
