The Director, Business Analysis will focus on leading all technology systems that directly impact billing, collections, and payer strategy. This role will drive standardization and optimization of the practice management billing platforms, overseeing system administration, claim edits, data integrity, and automation to enhance the revenue cycle and payer team. This role will partner cross functionally with finance, accounting, operations, and clinical teams to deliver insights that drive financial and clinical outcomes while spearheading the development and adoption of new technologies, ensuring scalability and compliance across systems.
This person reports to the VP of the Revenue Cycle Management team.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to guide the RCM business operations in aligning initiatives with organizational goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Serve as the primary liaison between Navista RCM Operators and CAH technology/engineering teams to develop, deploy, and optimize technical solutions
Ensure optimal utilization, automation, analytics, and data standardization across all RCM and payer platforms, driving efficiency and revenue integrity
Mentor and empower analysts and team leads to build scalable processes and promote innovation across RCM operations
Develop and report RCM, payer, and value-based care KPIs to drive transparency and accountability across all business units.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
12+ years of experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, and oncology physician billing
Proven success leading complex multi-stakeholder initiatives that have improved billing, collections and driven automation outcomes
Expertise in revenue cycle business execution, technology leadership and a deep understanding of practice management systems
Strong analytical and data management capabilities to oversee and interpret complex financial and operational metrics
Excellent communication, relationship management and executive presentation skills
Experience in managed services, physician enterprise or oncology practice management setting
Experience with EHR integrations, HL7 interfaces, and payer systems to ensure accuracy and interoperability
Ability to travel up to 10%
Anticipated salary range: $105,600 – $188,500
