Role Overview:
As the Director, Brand Management – Dasani, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Dasani brand within North America. Your focus will center on driving consumer relevance, fostering growth, and ensuring long-term brand strength. This role requires a thoughtful leader with a passion for innovation, a data-driven mindset, and expertise in creating impactful consumer connections.
You will be responsible for the development of the brand’s core offering, or “brand bundle,” which encompasses product innovation, packaging, and value propositions tailored to the North American market. With robust market insights and a deep understanding of local consumers, you’ll design and deliver meaningful marketing strategies that achieve ambitious business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Leadership: Define and drive Dasani’s brand vision, positioning, equity, and purpose to deliver sustainable growth.
Brand Planning & Resource Optimization: Lead brand strategy planning, performance tracking, and resource allocation to support growth and innovation.
Innovation Pipeline: Spearhead new product and packaging development initiatives that align with consumer trends and business goals.
Omnichannel Experience: Develop and execute data-driven omnichannel strategies using MarTech and AI tools, engaging target audiences at every touchpoint.
Collaboration & Influence: Build strong cross-functional relationships within the Coca-Cola system to ensure cohesive execution across marketing, innovation, and sales teams.
Performance Metrics: Define, track, and monitor performance metrics to achieve volume, revenue, and market share objectives while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience and Expertise:
6+ years of progressive brand marketing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) leadership experience.
Proven track record in managing a full brand lifecycle, including brand strategy, product development, commercial programs, and holistic value propositions.
Demonstrated success in leveraging data, MarTech, and insights to deliver measurable results.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
