Summary
The Area Sales Director leads, coaches, and inspires a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed regional gross profit objectives across products and services. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer and partner relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with Logicalis’ business objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises team of Account Executives. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
