Position Overview:

Oversees the operational strategies for affiliates and provides support and assistance to achieve goals and performance targets. Maintains a liaison relationship between various stakeholder.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Business, Health Services, or related healthcare field, or equivalent education/experience

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
12 years of recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Must have the demonstrated knowledge and interpersonal skills necessary to tactfully direct the efforts of diverse health professionals to meet patient and physician needs

Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others, including management, senior management, governing bodies, physician partnerships, and other owners.

Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and ASC/Hospital reimbursement

Considerable knowledge of regulatory, licensing, certification, and accreditation requirements

Adaptability to work in a large corporate environment.

Must be a flexible, creative individual who is open to change

Capacity to perform under deadline pressure and handle multiple sites and projects simultaneously

Ability to act upon difficult decisions to drive desired changes, as well as a capability to lead, guide, and promote a sense of shared purpose within the team.

Documentation and communication skills required.

Advanced computer skills required.

Pay Range is $106.84 to $170.95 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
