A successful Director of Application Support leads production control for Deposit Solutions in the Financial Institutions Group, owning operational excellence for production activities that support leading U.S. financial software services. They partner across engineering, product, operations and client teams to keep production stable, secure and efficient. They drive continuous improvement to maintain reliable, compliant production operations.

Hands-on familiarity with secure file transfer systems, monitoring tools, and incident management frameworks
