Role Overview

The APAC Equity Financing & Solutions (EFAS) team sits within Equity Derivatives and delivers solutions across multiple products including single stock derivative & financing solutions, portfolio and fund financing. The team originates and generates revenue across multiple client segments. The Director will play a senior origination role, driving client solutions and supporting the growth of the APAC EFAS franchise.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and execute single-stock derivative and financing solutions, including monetization and leverage strategies.
• Structure and deliver portfolio and fund financing solutions for hedge funds, asset managers, and other institutional clients.
• Partner with Sales, Trading, Prime Financing, Structuring, Risk, and Legal to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive idea generation and cross-product collaboration.
• Support franchise development and provide guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in Equity Derivatives, Equity Financing, Prime Brokerage, or Structured Products.
• Strong product knowledge across equity derivatives and financing structures.
• Proven track record of client origination and revenue generation in APAC.
• Strong commercial judgment, execution capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
