How You Will Make History Here… 

  • Own and shape the enterprise Amazon Commerce Marketing strategy, driving profitable growth across sales, share, digital penetration, and shopper experience 

  • Serve as an enterprise subjectmatter expert on Amazon, translating enterprise priorities into bestinclass execution 

  • Build and scale Amazonspecific omnicommerce strategies that tightly integrate digital shelf, retail media, content, analytics, and sales execution 

  • Influence outcomes across a highly matrixed organization to unlock sustainable growth 

 

What You Will Do… 

  • Own the endtoend Amazon commerce marketing strategy across the enterprise, aligned to business, brand, and category priorities 

  • Lead Amazon Joint Business Planning (JBP), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and line reviews in close partnership with Sales leadership 

  • Translate enterprise omnicommerce strategies into Amazonspecific roadmaps that drive scale, speed, and measurable impact 

  • Drive Amazon topline sales, share growth, and digital penetration while ensuring profitable performance 

  • Partner with Sales and Category teams on assortment, pricing, promotional, and launch strategies 

  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities across Amazon programs, innovations, and capabilities 

  • Partner with Digital Shelf and Content teams to ensure content meets Amazon standards and algorithm requirements 

  • Own Amazon retail media strategy in partnership with Omni Marketing and Media teams 

  • Ensure mediatoshelf integration, aligning investments to conversion, incrementality, and share growth 

  • Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud and other data sources to inform optimization and measurement 

  • Own Amazon performance reporting, insights, and scorecards across sales, media, and digital shelf KPIs 

  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior leadership and crossfunctional partners 

  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning, forecasting, and performance management for Amazon 

  • Lead agency partners and external vendors supporting Amazon execution 

  • Influence without authority across crossfunctional teams in a complex, matrixed environment

What You Bring to the Table 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 

  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, omnicommerce, or digital commerce roles with deep Amazon expertise 

  • Proven experience leading Amazon strategy, Joint Business Planning, and customer relationships 

  • Strong understanding of Amazon retail media, digital shelf, content, and analytics ecosystems 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives and manage complexity 

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and executive communication skills 

  • Handson experience with Amazon tools and data platforms (e.g., Vendor Central, Seller Central, Amazon Marketing Cloud) 

 

It Would Be Great If You Have…

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) 

  • Experience leading enterpriselevel Amazon transformation or scale initiatives 

  • Background integrating retail media, digital shelf, and analytics into a single performance framework 

  • Experience operating effectively in highly matrixed CPG or omnichannel organizations

  • NOTE: Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can be in person at HQ 3 days per week in Camden, NJ 

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$144,400-$207,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
