What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to join the Global Security Strategic Services & Regulatory Delivery team as an Director, Agile Delivery & Enablement .You will lead the key initiatives by managing processes and their execution, escalates impediments, manages risks, and helps drive program-level continuous improvement working in close collaboration with multiple cross functional teams. Success of this role is measured in terms on how well program framework/processes are being planned and executed as well as the success and predictability of the teams delivering on the program objectives and commitments in a timely manner.

What will you do?  

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of one or more Global Security Strategic Services programs, including managing project delivery and budget

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Global Security pillars to align on priorities and strategic goals

  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, schedules, and budgets for tracking key milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery

  • Establish and manage reporting frameworks to provide visibility into program performance, financials, and risks

  • Implement agile methodologies and best practices to optimize project delivery and adapt to changing business needs

  • Mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to ensure continuous delivery and iterative improvement

  • Implement best practices for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery tracking to ensure alignment with program objectives

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, agile delivery, and scrum master roles with a focus on leading agile projects in the financial services industry

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex initiatives from conception to delivery

  • Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

  • Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities; able to meet consistently high-quality standards with simultaneous workstreams

  • Critical thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset

Nice to have:

  • PMP, CSM, CFA equivalent or project management / finance experience.

  • Experience working in a in technology, financial services organization with cross border operations.

  • Experience with regulatory compliance initiatives and reporting requirements.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
