What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a highly experienced leader to join the Global Security Strategic Services & Regulatory Delivery team as an Director, Agile Delivery & Enablement .You will lead the key initiatives by managing processes and their execution, escalates impediments, manages risks, and helps drive program-level continuous improvement working in close collaboration with multiple cross functional teams. Success of this role is measured in terms on how well program framework/processes are being planned and executed as well as the success and predictability of the teams delivering on the program objectives and commitments in a timely manner.
What will you do?
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of one or more Global Security Strategic Services programs, including managing project delivery and budget
Collaborate with stakeholders across Global Security pillars to align on priorities and strategic goals
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, schedules, and budgets for tracking key milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
Establish and manage reporting frameworks to provide visibility into program performance, financials, and risks
Implement agile methodologies and best practices to optimize project delivery and adapt to changing business needs
Mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to ensure continuous delivery and iterative improvement
Implement best practices for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery tracking to ensure alignment with program objectives
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in program management, agile delivery, and scrum master roles with a focus on leading agile projects in the financial services industry
Proven track record of successfully managing complex initiatives from conception to delivery
Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities; able to meet consistently high-quality standards with simultaneous workstreams
Critical thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
Nice to have:
PMP, CSM, CFA equivalent or project management / finance experience.
Experience working in a in technology, financial services organization with cross border operations.
Experience with regulatory compliance initiatives and reporting requirements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
