Title and Summary
Director, Agent Suite Solutions Enablement
Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich AI and Data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.
The Mastercard Agent Suite team is building what’s next at the intersection of AI, commerce, and payments. Launched in 2026, Agent Suite is a brand new solution designed to help enterprises build, test, and deploy customizable AI agents that transform how businesses operate, engage customers, and drive growth. The team combines deep payments expertise, data driven insights, and responsible AI principles to turn emerging agentic technology into real world outcomes for banks, merchants, and partners.

Overview
The Director, Solutions Enablement is responsible for driving market adoption and revenue growth of AI consulting offerings. This role translates AI consulting capabilities into compelling, sellable propositions and ensures they are effectively positioned, enabled, and executed across sales, industry, and partner channels.
The Director operates at the intersection of AI expertise, consulting offers, sales enablement, and client value articulation, with accountability for pipeline creation, deal support, and GTM effectiveness.
The Role:
1. AI Consulting GTM Strategy & Execution
• Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI consulting offerings
• Define target client segments, priority use cases, and buyer personas
• Translate AI capabilities into clear, outcome-oriented value propositions
• Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across regions and industries
2. Offer Positioning & Sales Enablement
• Package AI consulting offerings into sellable, repeatable propositions, including:
o Scope definitions and assumptions
o Pricing guidance and deal constructs
o Differentiation and competitive positioning
• Develop and maintain GTM assets:
o Pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies
o ROI narratives and business cases
o Executive level talking points
• Enable Sales and Account teams through training, playbooks, and deal coaching.
3. Pipeline Development & Deal Support
• Partner with Sales, Industry, and Account leaders to:
o Drive qualified pipeline for AI consulting
o Identify priority pursuits and expansion opportunities
• Act as solution lead or GTM architect on strategic deals
• Support proposal development, client workshops, and executive presentations
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client demand signals
• Continuously refine GTM strategy based on win/loss insights and feedback
• Identify whitespace opportunities for new or enhanced AI consulting offers
5. Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with:
o AI Consulting, Delivery, Sales, Global Product teams to align GTM with delivery reality
o Product and Engineering leaders to understand roadmap and capabilities
o Marketing on campaigns, thought leadership, and events
• Ensure tight feedback loops between market, sales, and delivery
• Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Act as a central connector across consulting, sales, and marketing
• Mentor junior team members as required
All About You:
• Experience in Consulting, Solution GTM, Sales Enablement, or Product Marketing
• Background in management consulting, digital transformation, or technology services
• Experience supporting AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics consulting offerings
• Understanding of:
o AI and Agentic concepts at a business level
o Consulting delivery models and economics
o Enterprise buying processes
• Proven ability to influence pipeline and deal outcomes
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with client executives and sales leadership
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector)
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk, and regulatory considerations preferred

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Pay Ranges
Toronto, Canada: $150,000 - $234,000 CAD
