What you will do
Develop and execute strategic account plans for APAC customers.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers within Lonza.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; Master’s or MBA preferred.
4–8 years of commercial experience in Pharma/Biotech/CDMO.
Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Fluency in English and Korean/Japanese
Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
