What you’ll do
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional sales and renewal targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as an Executive Sponsor on named accounts.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (approx. 6 team members), fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear objectives and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities.
Client Retention and Expansion
- Ensure team is meeting retention goals and has tools needed to support renewals and expansions.
- Oversee contract negotiations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and offering solutions.
Sales Execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and business partners to define approaches and goals as part of the upsell sales cycle.
- Effectively navigate multiple levels of customer management including: procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals successfully.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.com with disciplined pipeline management and opportunity progression.
- Participate in social selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), networking, industry events (Kyriba Live), and strategic outreach.
What you bring
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales and leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Located on the western half of the US.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Background in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial risk management.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for customer meetings, industry events, and team meeting.
Base compensation for this role is: $172,600.00 - $218,312.50 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
