Job Description
Élaborer des dossiers de décision quantitatifs et qualitatifs pour les projets.Utiliser ces dossiers pour estimer les exigences et les besoins des projets.Agir à titre d’agent de liaison entre l’unité opérationnelle et les équipes Technologie de l’information pour s’assurer que les deux parties reçoivent toutes les mises à jour.Démontrer une grande efficacité en gestion des affaires dans la gestion des relations avec la clientèle existante.Concevoir et gérer les stratégies utilisées afin d’offrir une bonne expérience client et de veiller à ce que d’excellents services clientèle soient fournis.
