Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Direct Transport Sales within your market

  • Apply a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions

  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

  • Drive portfolio growth, negotiate contracts, and ensure service excellence

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and manage pipeline effectively

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Expertise: Sales experience in shipping, transportation, trucking, customs clearance, and ocean freight

  • Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation ability and solution-building mindset

  • Relationship Management: Build trust with customers and leverage internal networks

  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute clear strategies for your portfolio

  • Sales Discipline: Structured approach to meetings and pipeline management
