Has overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and
performance of an assigned customer portfolio for a medium impact
client base in any size cluster/geographical area.
The Direct Transport Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing local business relationships and overall performance for all customers interested in standardized products with shorter sales cycles. Customer profiles and portfolios will vary depending on market conditions and individual customer needs.
This role is based in Hakata, Kyushu
Responsibilities
Client Strategy and Planning
- Manage and develop relationships within the assigned customer portfolio.
- Work closely with the local product organization to grow and deliver revenue.
- For customers with specific area importance, develop account business plans that encompass all Logistic & Services products.
Management and Overview of Customers
- Maintain an overview of customer business within the assigned geography.
- Promote the sale of standardized products according to customer needs.
Defining and Delivering Business Changes Based on Market and Asset View
- Collaborate with the Capacity and Campaign Manager function to formalize commercial plans and ensure maximum asset utilization.
Customer Satisfaction
- Actively monitor local Net Promoter Score (NPS) across segments and drive local initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
Managing Stakeholders Across Local, Regional, and Global Functions
- Actively provide feedback to the sales channel lead based on customer insights and feedback.
