What will you do?
Conduct outbound calls to provide information about insurance products and learn how to sell insurance policies.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Explain policy details clearly and professionally.
What do we expect from you?
Willingness to call customers and engage in phone conversations daily.
Proficiency in Lithuanian, good knowledge of English language.
High attention to details.
Excellent communication skills.
