We have an exciting secondment opportunity available for a Direct Lending Specialist, Express Increase to join our high performing Direct Mortgages team. Are you ready to make an impact?
As a Direct Lending Specialist, Express Increase, your responsibility will be to convert mortgage leads and referrals received via the inbox or DocuSign into solution-based sales for our existing ING direct mortgage customers. This is a customer focused role which requires effective management of our application process to ensure a smooth and efficient ‘customer experience’ right through to settlement.
In addition, you’ll manage applications end to end and act as the single point of contact. Your tasks will include entering applications into Lendfast, packaging and then submitting them directly to credit. Upon receiving a credit decision, you’ll manage our customers application right through to settlement. You’ll also work closely with Contact Centre, Home Loan Specialist Seniors, MSA and the Credit team. Furthermore, you’ll maintain an efficient workflow and effectively manage your pipeline to achieve results.
This is a 4 month secondment, based in Wyong.
