We are currently recruiting caregivers to reliably service adult clients in York County.

As a Bayada Caregiver, you will play an integral part of a caring and professional team by following a written care plan to help our clients stay safe and independent in the comfort of their own.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a BAYADA Caregiver, you will work closely with a Registered Nurse (RN) to follow a customized, written plan of care to improve quality of life of the clients we serve on a 1:1 basis. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your adult clients while providing essential support, this may include:

  • Activities of Daily Living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
  • Household Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
  • Meal Preparation and Feeding
  • Ambulation (transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices) and Exercises
  • Assist with Self-Administered Medications
  • Companion Care

What Makes You a Great Candidate

  • Previous home health care or patient care are welcomed but not required. No training, no problem, we offer FREE TRAINING (2-days virtually).
  • Ability to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.
  • Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
  • Ability to travel to client’s homes assigned.

  • Strong people skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are highly

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year of verifiable work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field) or have completed a state approved HHA training course or vocational school program and satisfactory references.
  • Pass a Home Health Aide (HHA) Competency Examination.
  • Submit to a criminal background check in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
