The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that aligns with the Company's business objectives and employee value proposition across Southeast Asia (including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and Brunei).
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Compensation and Benefits, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate closely with Operating Unit (OU) / Operating Area (OA) HRBPs and other HR COE teams to achieve the overall objectives in attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design and implement OU level total rewards strategies that align with Global/Regional framework to support business goals and attract, retain, and motivate top talent in SEA.
Market Analysis: Evaluate compensation and benefits trends, market data and benchmark surveys to ensure market competitiveness of all compensation and benefits offerings.
Policy and Program Management: Develop and oversee compensation and benefits policies across the OU, ensure appropriate local design with global consistency, competitiveness, governance, compliance, and best practice.
Core TR Initiatives: Collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to drive Routine C&B initiatives such as Salary Planning, Bonus Plan Design & Review, Awards, Job Levelling, Salary Structure Salary proposal management, Benefit renewal, Recognition and Global Mobility etc.
Communication: Effectively communicate Total Rewards strategies and programs to employees and management, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices in total rewards management.
Business Insights: Manage all Bonus / Incentive plans with End-to-End process, including plan design, simulation, policy review & training, quarterly effectiveness assessment, booster management and incentive communications. Work closely with business teams to regularly optimize incentive designs to meet business needs.
HR Expertise: Provide consultation to management and HR colleagues on Compensation and Benefit issues and develop guidelines and solutions. Ensure HR Compliance from C&B perspective.
Digitalization: support various enhancements for Compensation & Benefit modules in Global HRIS (Workday / ADP) and local HRIS (e-Leave etc.); continue to look for automation and digitalization opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Project Management: Lead Regional Compensation & Benefit project / initiatives and actively attend Global projects.

Internal: Finance, DT, HRBP & other HR COE, Business Leaders
External: Consultants & Vendors
Qualification Requirement:
Education: Bachelor & above. Science and engineering major background preferred Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Total Rewards, with at least 5 years of MNC experience
Language: fluent in English (both writing & oral skills).
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools. Excellent skill on Excel. Other Key Competencies:
