Who You'll Work With

The Information Technology (IT) organization is the technological foundation of our business and works in collaboration with our partners from across the company. The team drives technology and digital transformation and partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies across the company. They also ensure the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in 
place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Analyst to join our Digital Workplace Services team. This role is unique as it sits at the intersection of development and modern IT infrastructure. You will be assessing, developing, and building the automation and systems that keep our entire organization running efficiently.

This is an early-career position designed for someone who enjoys problem-solving, streamlining workflows, and mastering the Microsoft ecosystem. This role has responsibilities that include conducting regular assessments of internal systems, streamlining, and automating manual processes, assisting with oversight of corporate device management (Microsoft Intune), packaging applications, monitoring software license compliance and expenses, and offering expert technical support for software access and system permissions.

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to evaluate user requests for new or reengineered applications to determine their feasibility and time requirements and their compatibility with current systems and architecture standards.

  • Recommend solutions, develop, and support application development, including performing and coordinating testing and debugging.

  • Investigate complex systems and programming problems and recommend and implement solutions.

  • Prepare business case, project plan and software specifications in support of project life cycle.

  • May provide estimates for time of development and execution for finished projects.

  • Write scripts and tools to automate repetitive manual tasks; May create and maintain automatic test scripts.

  • Support device management through implementation and monitoring of configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.

  • Package applications for deployment across Windows and macOS environments; Troubleshoot installation failures and version conflicts.

  • Monitor software license usage to ensure compliance and optimize costs; and support delivery of Tier 2/3 technical support for end-users regarding software functionality and system access for in-scope software

  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field

  • 1-2 years of progressive programming experience and 2 years of analytical experience preferred, or demonstrated capabilities through portfolio of work and achievement of Bachelor’s Degree

  • Knowledge of the project life cycle.

  • Understanding of appropriate business operations; environments such as mainframe, Web; Mobile client/server or LAN; applicable languages, software, and one or more applicable database languages and testing tools; system development and implementation.

  • Experienced with Java and C++ with strong propensity to quickly learn other languages (PL/SQL, .Net, VB.net, etc.).

  • Expert knowledge of system development and implementation.

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodology preferred but not required.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is 59,000 - 65,000 at the commencement of employment.  Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
