We’re looking for a Digital UX Lead who brings warmth, curiosity and collaborative energy to shaping the lean UX practices behind our digital products. In this hands-on role, you’ll guide thoughtful research, empower cross-functional teams and help create digital experiences that feel intuitive, human and supportive for millions of people across eonnext.com and our customer apps.
Gently lead end-to-end UX and research projects, keeping work focused, lean and purpose-driven
Nurture lean UX and research practices, enabling quick learning and confident, customer-led decisions
Shape discovery activities - interviews, desk research, benchmarking, journey mapping to surface opportunities with clarity
Guide qualitative and quantitative research to ensure insights are meaningful, inclusive and actionable
Partner with Product Managers to craft thoughtful hypotheses and prioritised improvements
Collaborate closely with the Product Design Lead to create seamless, human-centred digital journeys
Champion insight storytelling through supportive workshops, narratives and clear reporting
Use AI and automation with care to accelerate synthesis, ideation and exploration
Foster accessibility, inclusivity and high-quality research throughout
Mentor and develop a small team, creating a safe, encouraging space for growth
Are we the perfect match?
10+ years in UX and research for consumer digital products, including hands-on leadership
Experience using AI or automation in research and design thoughtfully
Strong grounding in discovery, framing and insight generation
Proven ability to deliver research that shapes design and drives impact
Confidence in lean UX and lean research approaches
Strength in analysis, synthesis and translating complexity into clarity
Collaborative and empathetic partnering across Product, Engineering, Data and Design
Leadership style rooted in inclusion, encouragement and shared success
It would be great if you had
Experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams through discovery
Expertise in storytelling through insight-led narratives
Familiarity with accessible design and inclusive research
Comfort navigating ambiguity with openness and calm
