The Digital Transformation Engineer is responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of digital technologies to enhance business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver innovative solutions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digitalization, design and implement digital solutions, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
  • Design, develop, and implement digital solutions using modern technologies such as cloud computing, IoT, AI/ML, RPA, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver digital transformation initiatives.
  • Integrate new digital tools and platforms with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
  • Lead or support change management activities, including training, documentation, and user support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in all digital initiatives.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.

Position qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital transformation, process automation, or IT systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of digital technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IoT, AI/ML, RPA, and data analytics tools.
  • Experience with system architecture, and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
