CPS (Commercial Products Supply) is a key part of the Technical, Innovation, & Supply Chain function of The Coca-Cola Company. CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to bottling partners all over the world. This global organization manages a network of 19 manufacturing plants in 18 different countries.
As a Digital Transformation Capabilities Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a global team to contribute to the evolution and innovation of Industry 4.0 at The Coca-Cola Company. In this role, you will assist in developing critical capabilities, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives that drive our vision for transformation. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for innovation, a curious mindset for exploring new technologies, and an eagerness to make a meaningful impact by contributing to strategic change initiatives in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
What You’ll Do as an Intern
Program Development and Design
- Assist in designing and implementing innovative transformation capabilities programs to upskill associates, leveraging emerging technologies like generative AI to drive business value.
- Support the integration of generative AI and other advanced technologies into capability-building programs, identifying areas where these tools can enhance operational efficiency and learning outcomes.
- Research and analyze the latest trends in AI, digital tools, and learning technologies to recommend innovative solutions for transformation initiatives.
Collaborating with Internal and External Partners
- Work with internal subject matter experts to strategize and develop next-generation capability-building programs that incorporate cutting-edge technologies.
- Provide support in testing and implementing new learning technologies while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Stakeholder Management and Influence
- Collaborate with transformation capabilities leaders to drive the adoption of innovative tools and methodologies that facilitate skill-building and workforce transformation.
- Assist in shaping communication strategies to promote understanding, engagement, and adoption of new technologies and transformation programs across teams.
Drive Impact
- Evaluate the outcomes of transformation capabilities initiatives by utilizing data analytics and AI-generated insights to inform program improvements and future strategies.
- Experiment with generative AI tools to create engaging and personalized learning experiences for associates, driving participation and impactful skill-building outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of scalable solutions that incorporate digital tools and advanced technologies to accelerate transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development Strategy, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Learning & Development, Business Operations, or related field. Candidates that have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025 will also be considered for the internship program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, while also functioning effectively as a part of a global team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Knowledge of project management tools and data visualization software.
- Demonstrated exposure to data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, including some exposure to machine learning and GenAI use cases.
- Interest in skill assessment, instructional design and/or learning development programs and/or culture and change initiatives.
- Some awareness Industry 4.0 manufacturing and/or supply chain processes
- Ability to thrive in diverse cultural environments.
- A passion for transformation, digital innovation, and driving change.
