To Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

As a Digital Technology Specialist – IT Operations, you will also be responsible for:

•  Execute application lifecycle activities including but not limited to – software licensing purchase/renewals in collaboration with Sourcing, request proposals for licence & associated services, manage application support meeting SLA requirements, lead troubleshooting sessions with necessary stakeholders who may be internal to Tax team or cross-functional
• Maintain application information in ServiceNow CMDB; manage support groups, communicate to users during key app availability events ex: patches, upgrades or unplanned downtimes
• Establish strong relationship with application vendor contacts, providing best value to BH while honouring the MSA/ Contract terms
• Contribute to Annual Op Planning for both support & projects streams incorporating YoY cost & resource optimization; Idea submission in Clarity PMO tool, transition Idea to Project, following PMO processes.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Own project initiation, planning, execution, reporting, track actuals and update forecast throughout the project lifecycle right until project closure.
• Knowledge of Tax data storage & retrieval in ERP systems as well as Finance Data Lake & COMO for both Receivables & Payables.
