As a Digital Technology Experienced Professional – IT Operations, you will also be responsible for:

• In-depth understanding of SAP & Oracle Payables transaction steps (Purchase Order & NonPO invoice types), configuration, supplier master, item master, data flows, tables querying, data extraction methods, Ariba queue handling, Ariba Invoice lifecycle
• Experience of handling Invoice Tax holds in ERP as well as in Ariba by troubleshooting the root cause and advise solution to clear the tax block.
• Analyze Tax Holds patterns and identify root causes and technical/process fix to progressively reduce Tax Holds volumes
• Knowledge of Onesource Tax Determination (OITD), One Source Tax Compliance (OITC) process for various regions/countries, concept of product mapping, tool navigation & configuration lookup.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Clear understanding of Tax Integration components at both ERP & OITD ends, source fields to OTD request elements mapping; Ability to reference various ERP documents - Material, Accounting, Purchasing, iDoc, etc.
• Skilled in devising and running SQL queries in Oracle Database based on Oracle RDBMS table structures
• Ability to lookup key FICO & MM transactions in SAP
