What you’ll contribute to
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on Salesforce role, where you’ll leverage your technical expertise to guide solution design and drive delivery outcomes.
This role is within our Digital Connected Services team, where you’ll help shape and elevate how we leverage Salesforce across the business.
As a Digital Systems Specialist (Salesforce), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of Salesforce initiatives—combining technical expertise, vendor management, and stakeholder influence to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Working closely with the Delivery Lead (Salesforce), you’ll help steer platform direction, ensure best practice, and support innovation across a complex enterprise environment.
This is a full-time, max-term (2 years) position based at CHQ in Port Melbourne.
How you’ll make an impact
Shape the technical direction of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, embedding best practice architecture, development standards, and governance
Partner with the Delivery Lead to plan and execute Program Increment (PI) objectives, driving outcomes in an Agile environment
Take ownership of key vendor relationships, managing performance, SLAs, and acting as the escalation point to ensure delivery excellence
Support financial governance of the platform, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure platform stability, regulatory alignment, and risk mitigation
Drive continuous improvement by managing technology debt, vendor performance, and system optimisation initiatives

Salesforce Certified Administrator (essential) alongside with Solid experience working with Salesforce in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and solution design
Proven ability to manage vendors and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging at both technical and business levels
Strong commercial mindset, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or contract management
Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery environments (desirable)
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
