Ecolab is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to work as a liaison between customers and technical teams to identify issues and make sure they are resolved in a timely manner.

What You Will Do:
Assists in formulating and defining project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Responsible for understanding the technology, business processes and opportunities in the context of the technical and business requirements.
Works on solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Partners with stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes.
Revises existing system difficulties as necessary.
Ensures testing requirements are met.
Documents business requirements.
May specialize in: SAP/ERP, Functional, Global Business Office, Tools, Disaster Recovery, Metrics Communication, and Methodology.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, IT or similar
2 years of experience in IT
Must have prior experience at an Ecolab location (contractor, temp, or employee
2 years’ experience working in customer service or help desk

Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated and process oriented
