Digital Support Lead

Bengaluru - EC-2 Gateway campus Full time
  • Lead a team of digital support engineers to provide top-notch technical support for our applications and APIs developed in Golang and Java.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to APIs, AWS services, and overall digital infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement troubleshooting guides and best practices for the support team.
  • Coordinate with product development, engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on product development and support initiatives.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on issue resolution, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the support framework and implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on support metrics to senior management.
  • Mentor and train support team members on technical skills, tools, and processes.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team capabilities.
