PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role is accountable for driving the end to end digitizsation of supply chain in the business unit. This role is accountable for landing the delivery and benefits of UniOps Digital & Technology capabilities for supply chain, including net productivity, availability, product superiority, operational excellence, digital manufacturing, sustainability, and planning excellence. This includes expanding the use of AI and automation, partnering closely with the Foods BU Supply Chain leaders and Products to drive user centricity, embed and the value from UniOps digital capabilities.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
o Trusted partner to the Foods North America BU supply chain leadership and their teams
o Create and execute strategies that leverage digital technologies, AI, and automation to enhance supply chain outcomes
o Ensure alignment of supply chain analytics, AI and technology initiatives with business unit objectives.
o Accountable for the digitisationdigitization of supply chain, leading the E2E UniOps Digital & Technology plan for supply chain in the business unit on behalf of the BU CDIO
o Prioritises and aligns the plan, outcomes and timelines with supply chain leadership across products
o Drives benefits and adoption with the business unit supply chain team and products
o Drives local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement
o Accountable for business unit supply chain sign-off and validation of products
o Lead business deployment of BU specific or BU tailored products, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery
o Acts as first point of contact for BU Supply chain leaders into UniOpsDigital & Technology, resolving risks, issues and questions
o Suggests opportunities for leverage of AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness

Pay: The pay range for this position is $115,680 to $173,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
