As a Senior Associate within the Digital Strategy and Transformation team at PwC Malta, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex digital challenges and deliver transformative outcomes. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, leveraging the global expertise and multidisciplinary resources of the PwC network to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions. This role is designed for high-potential professionals who aspire to make a tangible impact on clients’ digital journeys, while developing deep expertise in digital strategy, transformation, and emerging technologies.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Client Advisory & Solution Delivery

· Lead and support digital transformation projects, from strategy through execution, across a range of industries.

· Conduct in-depth assessments of client business models, technology landscapes, and operating processes to identify opportunities for digital innovation and optimisation.

· Develop and present digital strategies, transformation roadmaps, and business cases that align with client objectives and industry best practices.

· Advise on the adoption and integration of emerging technologies (AI, RPA, cloud, data analytics, IoT, etc.), ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and future-ready.

· Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviews to drive alignment and co-create value with clients.

2. Project Management & Execution Excellence

· Manage workstreams or small teams within larger transformation programmes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

· Apply agile and traditional project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.

· Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and recommendations to client and internal leadership.

3. Digital Innovation & Thought Leadership

· Stay abreast of global digital trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements relevant to clients’ industries.

· Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, thought leadership, and best practices within the Digital Strategy and Transformation team.

· Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client pitches, and market research.

4. Collaboration & People Development

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the PwC network, including Strategy&, Technology, Risk, and Industry specialists.

· Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

5. Continuous Professional Growth

· Pursue ongoing professional development, including certifications in project management (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2), technology platforms, and digital strategy.
