Digital Strategy Manager

Hybrid role out of any of our office locations.

As a eCommerce Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in defining our eCommerce vision. This role will drive strategic initiatives, partner with internal business leaders, and deliver data-backed insights to optimize digital sales and market expansion. You’ll have a direct impact on meeting revenue and growth objectives by identifying commercialization needs and aligning them with platform capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Strategy & Market Expansion 

  • Partner with business Intelligence and conduct personal competitive analysis/market research to identify emerging ecommerce trends (B2B & B2C). 
  • Partner with business segment & marketing leaders to define eCommerce commercialization plan
  • Participate in 3-year strategic planning and eCommerce roadmap development to align with business goals. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital conversion, enhance customer experience, and optimize pricing/promotion models. 

Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution 

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Business Segment teams to align eCommerce initiatives with company objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing and Go-to-market to define product enablement backlog based on opportunity and strategic priorities
  • Advocate for digital commerce best practices and influence senior leadership on key investment decisions. 

Performance Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making 

  • Partner with the analytics team to track eCommerce KPIs, measure success against strategic goals, and provide actionable insights via recurring scorecard reviews 
  • Assess product performance by region, segment, and customer type to recommend optimizations. Present findings and recommendations to leadership on how to accelerate eCommerce revenue growth.



Skills:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in eCommerce strategy and digital commerce 
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C eCommerce and background in commercialization planning 
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, create insights, and make strategic recommendations. 
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, influencing multiple stakeholders. 
  • Self-starter who enjoys deep research and problem-solving with a data-first approach. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
