Role Title
Digital Specialist, Email and CMS Marketing
Purpose of role
We’re looking for a Digital Specialist that will assist in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns through the development and deployment of emails, text messaging and the publication of content to our B2B portals. The ideal candidate has a passion for code with an interest in design and staying up to date with digital marketing trends. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of two (2) days/week working from the office.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support the development & deployment of email campaigns, including but not limited to:
- Work with copy/development decks to understand campaign requirements.
- Campaign setup, testing and deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build email journeys including the build of automations and drip sequences.
- Perform quality assurance on emails and journeys ensuring error free deployments.
- Deliver email campaign reports with actionable insights.
Support the development and publication of content on digital B2B Sitecore websites:
- Manage website content and publish content to B2B platforms using Sitecore.
- Maintain a marketing content calendar for all producer facing properties.
- Support IT with new site/functional deployments by performing site testing across browsers, platforms and devices.
Key Qualifications
- Education (minimum required): Diploma in computer science or relevant studies, with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience
- Experience (minimum required): Content Management Systems experience preferably Sitecore.
- Required email deployment platform experience preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Solid HTML, CSS and SQL skills
- Knowledge of Javascript, XML, JSON and Salesforce AMPScript
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong time management skills: capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and projects.

Salary Range:
$54,000.00 - $77,000.00
The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in a discretionary variable incentive plan, results are subject to both individual and company performance.
