Goal
Support the Sales & Engineering teams on post-sales multi-faceted projects with technical activities such reading and interpreting design drawings and scope, communicating with internal customers on post sale requirements needed for implementation, and managing and tracking a database of post-sale documentation.
Essential Functions
Support on asset and building control point takeoffs as needed by the pre-sales team
Communicate clearly and effectively post-sale documentation needed for implementation
Manage and track status changes for post-sale opportunities
Meeting with internal customers regarding requirements for pos-sale activities
Ability to be agile to changes in the process and post-sale status
Support on process development for creating efficiencies through the post sales process
Take ownership by placing orders via SharePoint
Meeting the required deadlines for updates and deliverables
Read and interpret contract, scope of work, and pricing proposals
What we look for:
Required
Final year in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering student.
0-1 year of experience in engineering related activities.
Proficient in MS Office Suites
Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Effective and professional communication skills include the ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and peers.
Proficient in English verbal and written skills
Understanding of Cloud computing and Digital components around reducing energy consumption
Ability to learn quickly on various systems, including but not limited to cost estimation tool systems and SalesForce
Preferred
Basic Knowledge of HVAC and building control systems
Basic knowledge of cloud architecture
Oral and written skills in Portuguese is preferred but nor required
